How to set a Refund Cutoff
Enter how many days before the event is taking place for the system to allow refunds.

Enter how many days before the event is taking for the system to allow ticket purchase. If this value is set to zero then customers can purchase up to and including the day of the event.

In conjunction with Cutoff Day this is the time in hours on that day of which afterwards the event can no longer be purchased.
