Can I receive an automated sales report?

Yes, when activated in dashboard settings you will receive an Event Sales report weekly, monthly or for both.

Head over to settings and switch on the report(s) you’d like to receive then enter the email address(es) each report should be sent to.

Multiple email addresses can be used, please add a comma inbetween each one.

Weekly reports are sent out on Monday mornings and will display sales for the previous week. Monthly reports are sent on the 1st of each month and will display the previous month’s sales.

Please note that the image based graphs within each report will stay on our servers for one year before being automatically deleted, so you can look back at old report emails within this time and still see the graphs. After one year you will still be able to view the report data in your emails but the graphs will no longer display. You can always run the same report in the dashboard to view online at any time should you need review old graphs.
