Can I resend a gift voucher to a customer?

It’s quick and easy to resend a gift voucher to either the email address used when the order was placed, or to an alternative email address.

First you’ll need to find the order and once selected all order information will be displayed.

Just underneath each voucher within the order is a resend button.

After clicking the button you’ll see the email address used when the order was placed along with a send button. Change the email address if you need to, this won’t change the order details but can be used to forward to an alternative email address. Then click send.

The voucher email is now triggered and once the process has been completed the button displays a tick and will change to say sent.
