How do I redeem a voucher?
Select Voucher Redemption in the main navigation to view the redemption page if you are using Fuse vouchers. A user type can also be set where this is the only option available once logged in (see adding users).
When scanning a QR code shown by a customer you will automatically bypass the need to enter the number manually.
After submitting a valid number (or scanning QR code) the voucher information will be displayed, like in the screenshot below.
If there is balance available on the voucher you can redeem against it.
If there have been previous redemptions you can view the history. There is also an option to extend the expiry date.
The current balance is preloaded ready to submit or you can change to a lower amount. Simply click submit to redeem on Fuse so the voucher cannot be used again.
IMPORTANT: If your POS is not integrated with Fuse you will also need to amend the customer’s bill accordingly.
